On February 22nd and 23rd, 2023, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada and the Canada School of Public Service will be co-hosting the seventh annual Government of Canada Data Conference. This event "serves as a focal point for public servants and data leaders to share knowledge in order to advance Canada’s commitment to provide higher-quality data, insights and services to all". GC Data Conference 2023: Leveraging Data to Advance Innovation

The annual GC Data Conference serves as a focal point for public servants and data leaders to share knowledge in order to advance Canada’s commitment to provide higher-quality data, insights and services to all.

This event is delivered through a partnership between Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada and the Canada School of Public Service, with the subject-matter support and expertise of the GC Data Community. Participants will learn how the Government of Canada can leverage its data insights to bring greater agility to government services, elevate public policy and better address socio-economic issues.

Conférence sur les données du GC 2023 : Mobiliser les données pour favoriser l’innovation

La Conférence annuelle sur les données du GC est le principal forum où les fonctionnaires et les chefs de file en matière de données peuvent échanger des connaissances afin de permettre au Canada de respecter son engagement à fournir des données, des indications et des services de grande qualité.

Cet événement est organisé par Innovation, Sciences et Développement économique Canada et l’École de la fonction publique du Canada avec le concours de la Communauté des données du GC qui offre soutien et expertise. Les participants apprendront comment le gouvernement du Canada peut exploiter pleinement ses données pour rendre la prestation des services gouvernementaux plus souple, améliorer les politiques publiques et mieux traiter les enjeux socioéconomiques.
