Try out the data sample from Centract!

 

The sample provides quarterly 2008 and 2009 trending data for the average property value and year-over-year property value change. Data is available at the National, Provincial, Census Division and Census Subdivision levels as well as a random sample of Census Tracts for a total of information of 515 different geographies. The Average Value and YoY % Change in Value datasets are listed on the two tabs. 

 

These data represent the most basic of data packages we are considering buying from Centract.  Centract also has these standard metrics available by property style (at a higher cost) as well as add-on metrics such as :

Average year built Average lot size Average living area Average # bedrooms Average # bathrooms Highest property value Lowest property value
