The first batch of Community Poverty Project tables are in! Previously known as the Urban Poverty Project, these tables are crosstabulations that focus on poverty, especially among vulnerable groups.

The 2011 tables are generated from the 2011 NHS, and include not only those living under LICO-BT (as was the case in 2006) but also those living under all other mainstream low income thresholds used in Canada: LICO-AT, LIM-BT, LIM-AT, and MBM. These are found in the Income status in 2010 - CPP (7) dimension, where the 7 variables are:

  • Total - Population in private households
    • Total - Income status LIM
      • Low income person (below LIM-BT)
      • Low income person (below LIM-AT)
      • Low income person (below LICO-BT)
      • Low income person (below LICO-AT)
      • Low income person (below MBM)

The first part of our 2011 CPP order—which is already in the catalogue—includes tables 1, 2c, 2d, 3, 11, and 12. These replicate the 2006 tables with the same numbers. For a list of variables available in each table, see this spreadsheet.
